The developer console dlc adds the option to use the in game console to modify your gameplay. You can use it to do things such as spawn weapons or change gravity.
This dlc adds a developer console to the base game. It features commands such as set-gravity and spawn-weapon. The console can be brought up by pressing escape on the keyboard.
