Midnight Monitor's "Neighbourhood House" experiences a spectacular Halloween overhaul every Halloween as a limited time event, but what if you could experience Halloween whenever you wanted?
With this DLC, an option appears on the Neighbourhood House main menu allowing you to experience Halloween at will - 365 days a year.
As a bonus, it also allows you to disable the Halloween event over the Halloween period, should you choose to do so.
