EARTH DEFENSE FORCE: WORLD BROTHERS 2 - Colonist β, Heart of Brocade: Reskin

Adds the character "Colonist β."
Yesterday's enemies are today's friends! The "Colonist" alien joins the fight in a suit resilient enough to survive on a desolate world. Undoubtedly a depenable ally from the start of the game!
Uses the same equipment, Abilities, and SP Move as the shiny "Colonist."
