Hardware Support
First things first, make sure your hardware can support it!
If you run the AIGM (AI Game Master) without supported hardware, generations will run on the CPU, which will consequently will take a significant amount of time!
With a supported Vulkan GPU, sending an empire action takes at most a minute.
