The corporation crossed the line when they raided a hidden safehouse and stole the blueprints to the C.O.R.E. Invented by Deren Kael, this revolutionary Vithium-powered biomechanical heart was meant to save lives. Now, Veritas intends to mass-produce it, stripping citizens of their free will to turn them into living, disposable batteries with the promise of "life on the easy route" when it was far from their intentions.
But they didn't count on Deren, or the ones to join him in this fight, to actually be fighting back against the monolith.
