Where the paranormal is your jurisdiction! In this cooperative, turn-based tactical combat game, you and up to three friends will become elite agents of a clandestine government division tasked with investigating the unexplainable. Gather your squad, choose from 6 distinct agents, each bringing unique expertise, starting decks, and abilities to the field. Roll the dice, play tactical cards, and position your agents carefully on the grid to outsmart entities that defy natural law.
Forget standard dungeons. In Section 7, you deploy into multi-stage campaigns in the form of Cases. Each case is comprised of a number of levels, all set in different areas of the world, with their own flavor and challenge, and their own unique set of enemies. Each level features dynamic objectives and procedurally generated layouts, ensuring no two investigations ever unfold exactly the same way!
The game can be played by 1 to 4 players, each controlling one agent (or more!) and taking turns simultaneously. Gone is the day of having to wait for your turn; in Section 7 you have the freedom to take your action whenever you want in the players' round! This allows you to strategize the ultimate play, without having to rely on turn order!
Between stages, the narrative deepens. Review classified briefings and thematic descriptions of the case's unfolding events to piece together the mystery. Draft powerful new equipment and ability cards to upgrade your deck, adapt to the escalating threat, and prepare your agents for the unknown horrors awaiting in the next location.
