GUTSPILL is a brutal horror game where you use a hammer and kicks to destroy and cannibalize your enemies using the environment to your advantage. Survive a descent into madness where everything becomes increasingly surreal and visceral.

The architecture is your deadliest weapon. Use powerful kicks to hurl enemies into exposed spikes, launch them off ledges, or shatter boxes against them to clear the room instantly.

Feed to Survive

You must cannibalize your fallen foes mid-combat to heal. However, you can only feed if their heads remain intact. Forcing you to constantly balance raw damage against the need to heal.
