The difference is simply how much you want to support the creators. The majority of net receipts from this pack goes directly to the modders, and the remaining share goes to Bohemia Interactive to cover the ongoing operation of the program.

Open Steam and go to your Library
Right-click Arma Reforger → Manage → Installed Files
Click Browse
Open the "Modder Supporter Pack" folder to find the wallpaper and letter
