Hivebreak is a fast, frantic top-down survival shooter built on one promise: every wave is bigger, meaner, and smarter than the last. Plant your feet, light up the dark with muzzle flash and tesla arcs, and see how long you last when the hive throws everything it has at you - alone, or with friends in online co-op.

An arsenal that grows with you

Start with a humble Sidearm and claw your way up to the Plasma Beam, Railgun, Flamethrower, Rocket Launcher, and

the screen-clearing Minigun. Every weapon is a physical instance you own and upgrade across four tracks; pour

your cash into the gun you love and make it truly yours. Shotguns spit travelling pellets, the flamethrower lays

down burning cones, plasma chains between targets. They all feel different.

Build your survivor

Pick your frame: nimble Recon, balanced Vanguard, or the tank-like Juggernaut. Stack perks like Killer Instinct, Overclock, Fleet Footed, and Drop Magnet, and arm a special ability: blink through danger with Phase Jump, clear space with Repulse Nova, or go loud as a Bomb Specialist. No two runs build the same.

Fortify, then hold

Between waves, spend your earnings in the shop. Throw up barricades, line your chokepoints with MG, Sniper, and

Flame Turrets, and salt the ground with Land Mines, Spike Traps, and forking Tesla Coils. Then brace - because

the hive learned to fight back.

Enemies that hunt your weaknesses

Face down Brutes that commit to bone-crunching lunges, Bloaters that arm and detonate on contact, acid-spitting

Howlers, and elite-modified horrors that glow with deadly buffs. Turtle up too hard and the siege brood answers:

Gnawers, Battering Rams, and Burrowers that tunnel under your defenses and mount your own turrets to drain them.
