Some afternoons you just want to fly.

Sunday Pilot is a flight game about going somewhere for no reason other than wanting to see it. There is no career, no contracts, no clock. You pick an aeroplane, point it at the horizon, and find out what is over there.

Two hundred and fifty airports

Every airport is a real destination with a runway you can land on. Finding a new one is the whole game: line up, come down gently, and it is yours. The more you find, the more of the hangar opens up.

Thirteen aircraft, and they fly like different aeroplanes

From a doped-linen WW1 biplane that floats down at walking pace to an SR-71 that crosses the map before you have finished looking at it.

  • The old-timers — a WW1 biplane and triplane, slow enough to land anywhere
  • The warbirds — Spitfire, P-51 Mustang
  • The early jets — F-86 Sabre, F-4 Phantom, A-10 Warthog
  • The fast ones — F-16, F/A-18, F-15, Rafale, F-22, and the SR-71 Blackbird

Each is built from measured three-views, stands on its own undercarriage, and handles like the aeroplane it is.

Five landscapes, one continuous world

  • Forest lakes
  • Red desert canyon
  • Arctic coast
  • Volcanic slopes
  • Autumn ridges

All of it reachable from your first flight. The nearest four are minutes apart. The furthest is a proper journey.

Land it properly

Gear down, lined up, wings level, not too fast. Landing is the one skill the game asks of you, and it is forgiving enough to enjoy while you learn it.

No pressure anywhere

Nothing expires. Nothing is missable. Nothing is chasing you. Fly for five minutes or for an hour.
