Mall Tidy Up Frenemies

Chaos in, order out. Sort a mall's worth of misplaced products back onto the shelves they belong on, using each item's packaging as the clue. Unlock perks, climb the standings against your friends, and restore the whole mall in online co-op for up to eight, AI players included.

Every misplaced product has a home. Go find it.

A whole mall's worth of stock has ended up where it does not belong. Dog food stacked in the electronics store. Paint tins heaped across the corridor. Nobody is coming to sort it out except you and your frenemies, and they want the credit just as much as you do.

Read the clue, haul it, shelve it

There is no checklist telling you where things go. The item itself is the clue: its name, its
brand, its category, the art on the packaging. Work out which store it came from, which
section inside that store, and which shelf slot is waiting for it. Grab an armful, carry it
across the mall, and watch the row fill in.

Every placement is checked the moment you make it, so the restoration counter in your HUD is
always the honest picture of how far you have come.

Or just throw it

Hauling is not the only way to move stock. Charge up a throw and lob an item across the shop
floor, peel a single unit off a full armful and send it ahead of you, or bounce a box off a
wall because it was faster than walking around.

Unlock Tidy Toss and the throw does the work for you: one item leaves your hands and
flies its own route across the mall, around corners and through the store entrance, then
shelves itself on arrival. Hand-Off sharpens every throw you make, and the Long Throw
perk sends them further.

A different mall every run

Nothing is hand-placed. Every mall is generated from a seed across one to three floors, with
its own corridors, atriums, escalators. Which stores appear, where they sit,
and which of them end up neighbours changes each time, drawn from fashion, electronics, books,
toys, sports, homeware, hardware, pharmacy, beauty, music, pet supplies, candy and more.

The stores themselves are built fresh too. Shelves, stands and display units are laid out to
fit each store's footprint, then stocked with a different mix of products, so the same
category never asks you to learn the same shelf twice.

Then choose how the chaos falls before you start:

  • Store Heaps dumps every product in one mound inside its home store.
  • Mall Chaos piles everything into a handful of mounds spread across the mall.
  • Corridor Clutter strews the stock the length of the walkways.
  • Mixed Up Stores shuffles products into the wrong stores entirely.

Co-op, with friendly rivalry

Up to eight of you restore the same mall at once, toward one shared goal. There is no way to
lose to your friends and no way to sabotage them, because nobody can un-shelve your work or
slow the mall down. What you can do is race them. Live standings rank everyone by units
shelved, and Row Claim lets you stake a shelf row before anyone else reaches it. The bragging
is the whole prize.

Short on friends? Add AI players to any lobby, at Easy, Normal or Hard. They find items, haul
them, earn XP, buy their own perks and cast abilities, and they turn up in the standings
alongside you.

Get faster at it

Tidying earns XP, XP earns levels, and levels earn perk points. Spend them across four
branches, Mobility, Hauling, Senses and Mastery, and unlock nine abilities that compound the
loop:

  • Kindred Glow lights up every loose item matching what you are holding, and draws a
    path to the nearest one.
  • Storebound points you at the store your item belongs to.
  • Product Recall pulls matching stock across the floor to your hands.
  • Restock Flourish empties an armful onto the shelf in front of you at once.
  • Tidy Toss throws a single item all the way to its shelf.
  • Completion Radar shows you which shelves are nearly done.
  • Drop Beacon marks a spot for everyone on your team.
  • Row Claim puts your name on a shelf row.
  • Hand-Off sharpens your throw.

Arrange all nine across your nine cast keys however you like, and drag them into new slots
whenever your build changes.

Two ways to call it done

Standard runs until the mall is fully restored, however long that takes, and the win belongs
to everyone who worked on it. Timed mode puts a clock on the session instead, and when it runs
out the standings are the result. Save any mall and come back to it later.

Global Steam leaderboards track the fastest full restore, the fastest single store, and the
