Assign orders to specialized vehicles, arrange every stop, and balance deadlines, capacity and operating costs. Then start the day and see whether your plan holds.

• A motorcycle is fast but cannot carry large orders. A van stays flexible. A truck carries far more, but it is slower and more expensive to operate.

• Choose what must leave today, what can wait, and which risk you cannot afford to ignore.

Split orders across your fleet, reorder stops and transfer deliveries between routes. Compare expected arrival times, capacity, revenue and operating costs before you commit. A short route can still fail if the wrong vehicle carries the wrong order, or if a critical stop comes too late. Every change affects the result. Turn an overloaded set of deliveries into a clean network of routes that makes the best possible use of your fleet.

When planning is complete, send out the fleet. Your vehicles leave the depot and execute their routes in parallel.
