Defy the Coming of Ragnarök

Ragnarök Survivor is a dark Nordic isometric 2.5D action-survivor. Choose your hero, hold back increasingly dangerous enemy waves, and shape weapons, runes, companions and upgrades into a build capable of facing the next boss.

The Core Loop

• Move freely through the arena while your equipped attacks trigger automatically.
  
• Survive up to twenty increasingly demanding waves filled with changing enemy formations and bosses.
  
• Collect gold, choose new abilities and improve your build during each run.
  
• Fill up to six active slots with weapons and companions. Every choice affects the decisions that follow.

Three Norse Heroes

• Ragnar – Berserker: A resilient melee fighter built for direct pressure, heavy strikes and powerful area attacks.
  
• Yrsa Wolfcaller – Druid: Controls large areas with roots, nature magic and animal companions.
  
• Sigrún – Valkyrie: Combines mobile frontline attacks, safe positioning, protection and divine rune power.

Each class has its own strengths, weapon families and synergies. Weapons from other classes remain usable, but are less effective than weapons aligned with your chosen hero.

Three Distinct Arenas

• Viking Village: Defend a Norse settlement among houses, paths, fields and natural chokepoints.
  
• Helheim: Fight through a cold misty moor filled with ruined structures, burial grounds and otherworldly dangers.
  
• Frozen Rune Temple of the Fjord: Face ice, ancient runes and hostile forces along a harsh northern coast.

Every arena has its own layout, enemy compositions, bosses and clearly distinct atmosphere.

Yggdrasil, Progression and Preparation

Between battles, return to the merchant world of Yggdrasil. Manage your equipment, prepare the next run and expand your knowledge through the codex. Unlocks and persistent progression connect individual runs without replacing the decisions you make inside a new build.

Ragnarök Survivor is actively being developed. Its core structure and complete runs are already playable, while animations, enemy presentation, audio, balance, performance and save compatibility remain in active refinement.
