A REPORT IS NEVER A CERTAINTY

Ratings appear as ranges, not absolute truths.
The more you invest (video scouting, trips, informants), the tighter the range becomes.
But the risk of a flop never fully disappears, and a successful bet is worth more than any certainty.

Leadership, fragile mentality, ego, professionalism, cultural adaptation : personality weighs as much as a strong foot.
