Chess, but every piece is a player. Coordinate through proximity voice chat (good luck), capture enemy players (extra points if they begged for their lives first), and try to win the game while negotiating with your king about why he shouldn't sacrifice you!

Team Chess is just chess, but every piece is controlled by a different player. Use proximity voice chat to coordinate with your teammates, negotiate with your enemies, beg for your life, and hopefully win the match.

You're a piece

You're one piece on a chessboard full of players. Work with your team (or don't), make your moves, and hopefully make it to the end in one piece.

Talk (or scream)

Talk to nearby pieces using proximity voice chat. Need to get a message to someone on the other side of the board? Scream at your teammates to pass the message along and hope it makes it there in time. Just remember, the enemy can hear you too!

Just chess

The rules are still the same as in chess. Well, mostly. The king picks who moves each turn, and that piece decides where it moves. Better hope you can agree on a plan.
