Corporate Simulator
November 2026CasualIndieSimulationWindows
Climb from intern to CEO in this idle/incremental game where your company runs on a living spreadsheet. Hire, crush morale, rig the audits, and rack up ISO certifications... all the way to burnout or a golden retirement. 18 playable visual themes, dozens of hours of progression.
Welcome to Reunionite Inc.
You start as an intern. One click, one coffee, one intern hired. Then two. Then an army of managers, consultants, and caffeine-fueled AI board members chasing synergy. Corporate Simulator takes the corporate spreadsheet literally — every resource, every bonus, every burnout is a line on your ledger.
Click, hire, optimize. Run Restructuring Plans to come back stronger. Unlock 22 ISO certifications, each more absurd than the last (ISO 9001: own at least one of every resource. ISO 45001: survive a general strike). Open offshore accounts, launch hostile takeovers, trade on the market, and pick your karma: the boss who made it without crushing anyone, or the one who leaves with a full wallet and a slightly lighter soul.
Key Features
- Deep idle/incremental loop: automated production, auto-buy, prestige (Shares), R&D, projects, cross-building synergies.
- 22 ISO certifications to unlock, including 3 secret ones.
- A karma system that shapes your ending: tyrant, saint, or something in between.
- Stock market, LBOs, offshore accounts, and hostile takeovers for players who want to optimize past the point of reason.
- 18 fully playable visual themes: Windows 95, phosphor-green MS-DOS, Cyberpunk, Gilded Executive, Minitel, Comic Sans, and more — each changes the mood without changing the rules.
- Localized in 11 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Thai.
- Random events: strikes, audits, market crashes, an inbox full of spam — your company never quite runs smoothly.
- Steam Cloud saves — pick up your career (or your downfall) on any machine.
How long until burnout?
Between production milestones, 4 specialization tracks, pacts to negotiate, and a Hall of Fame tracking every past run, there's easily dozens of hours here — and reason enough to restart with a completely different strategy.
