Minesweeper-style deduction meets roguelike dungeon crawling. Read the colors and shapes of clue blocks to uncover treasure among monsters and traps. Combine classes, skills, and artifacts, and manage health and action points to venture deeper.

Treasure behind the wall. Danger in the way. Which tile will you uncover next?

ROGRID is a single-player dungeon crawler that combines Minesweeper-style deduction with roguelike growth and exploration. Follow the clues, open a path one tile at a time, and build a strategy for the journey ahead.

Field notes 01 / Deduction. Read the clues. Choose your next tile. Use colors and patterns to see beyond the walls. A worn map in a dark dungeon. A thin light border. Simplified scenery and restrained surface detail.

Compare the colors and arrangements of clue blocks with the tiles you have already uncovered. Work out where monsters, traps, treasure, and events may be hiding, then choose where to explore next.

When the clues fall into place, a path through the dungeon begins to emerge.

Field notes 02 / Exploration. Weigh the treasure against the danger. Explore one more tile, or take the stairs? A chest beside descending stone stairs. A thin light border. Simplified scenery and restrained surface detail.

Treasure chests, monsters, and unexpected encounters await behind the walls. Collect the treasure you find and consider the choices each event offers as you explore.

Finding the stairs leaves you with a decision. Spend your remaining resources searching for more treasure, or head down to the next floor?

Field notes 03 / Growth. Build your own way through the dungeon. Shape your strategy with classes, skills, and artifacts. An old spellbook and a crystal. A thin light border. Simplified scenery and restrained surface detail.

Use your class abilities, choose skills as you level up, and collect artifacts to develop your strategy. Your active skill slots and available bag space matter, too.

Find a way forward with the abilities and items you have on this adventure.

Field notes 04 / Survival. Can you afford one more tile? Make your health and action points last. A lantern beside travel supplies. A thin light border. Simplified scenery and restrained surface detail.

Opening walls and attacking monsters cost action points. Keep an eye on your health and action points, and use recovery items and opportunities to camp to keep exploring.

Balance the reward in front of you against the journey still to come. Even opening the next tile is a decision that matters.
