Just to Survive is a single-player wasteland tactics game about making the next move count. Explore a weathered desert from an overhead view, move through open ground without snapping to tiles, and recover the equipment and supplies left behind.
When hostiles come into view, exploration gives way to turn-based combat. Place each survivor, manage time units and ammunition, choose a stance, use cover, and aim at the threat—or the exact part of it—you need to stop. Rifles, a field laser and a shoulder rocket give the squad different answers to a bad situation.
Start with one survivor in the wastes. At Waystation Nine, trade, recruit companions, repair equipment and take on the next road. Gather materials, craft field supplies, salvage wrecks, and keep your armor, weapons and people in working order. Wounds, encumbrance and equipment condition shape what the squad can do next.
