THE GAME OF THE FILM OF THE DECADE OF THE ’90s

In 1997, the official game of the legendary box-office smash Split Decision was weeks away from changing split-screen shooters forever. Then it disappeared… until now. The plot was sadly never recovered.

FOUR PEOPLE, ONE TELEVISION, ONE WINNER

Split Decision 3D is the kind of video game you played on a sofa with friends when you should have been studying for your geography exam. A classic split-screen shooter for one to four players, fighting cooperatively against waves of henchmen or battling each other in a free-for-all of bullets, revenge, bullets, vengeance, bullets, etc. No internet. No battle pass. No mercy.

TEN ARENAS

Unleash bullets, revenge, and vengeance across 10 arenas, all of which are 100% original, so shut up.

  • NIGIRI PLAZA. A corporate tower with a Christmas siege vibe.

  • STAR WREK. A starship with actual swishing doors.

  • DEVIL’S GROVE. A creepy forest where three film students went missing. Their footage was terrible.

  • ALONE AT HOME. Except you’re not alone. Somebody is always watching…

  • BLEEDING OAK MALL. A two-story shopping mall that sounds nice.

  • DEADLOCK ARSENAL. The arms warehouse where every direct-to-video action movie ends.

  • DOWN CHINATOWN. One rainy, neon-lit street full of danger and clichés.

  • THE PAIN DOME. A classic wrestling venue to remind you that violence used to be fake.

  • MOTEL CAROLINA. We’ve all stayed in places like this.

  • REDWOOD RAMPAGE. A web of walkways and trees on Earth, not a forest moon.

  • CRYSTAL DIAMOND is paid 30% more than Rex due to her competence.

  • BEEPBOOP is woefully unprepared for conquering Earth.

  • THE DUCHESS organizes charity bake sales and can take a bullet.

  • JIM GILT is an MI3 agent, which is three more secret than MI6.

  • DR. VON FLIX wants to destroy video rental and lock millions into subscription services.

  • SEAMUS LACKEY, FRANK HENCHMAN, and RON GOON are just worthless henchmen.
