Love at First Itch adds an illustrated dating comedy to Ball Scratch Simulator. Get to know Miku, Yuki and Koharu across three dates each, with scenes in cafés, the park, the cinema and a restaurant. Listen, choose your replies, and try to make a decent impression while your itch keeps getting in the way.



Conversation choices shape your chemistry and later reactions. When you need relief, find a believable distraction, watch the attention cues, and squeeze in a few well-timed scratches. Reusing the same excuse makes it less convincing. Scratching while watched builds suspicion; ignoring the itch can end the date too.



Read and choose replies at your own pace, then switch to short timing challenges when an opening appears. Relaxed scratch timing gives those openings a little more breathing room.

Follow the invitations and phone exchanges, replay routes, and collect local romance, friendship and breakup endings. Successful romance can lead to a skippable wedding daydream. The awkwardness does most of the work.
