My Dream Gym: Sandbox is a single-player gym building and management game about creating a fitness club with its own personality.

Find the perfect machines, fill the walls with posters, and open the doors to your new gym. Hire staff, manage prices, and make space for more members. Then, grab a weight (or a member) and discover what happens when your carefully organized gym meets some very questionable behavior.

Build your dream gym

Plan your rooms, arrange equipment, and leave space for members to get around. Mix cardio machines, strength stations, and free weights, then choose floors, wall finishes, equipment colors, mirrors, posters, and lighting to give the place its own style.

Expand beyond the workout floor with changing rooms, pools, lounges, and a club store. Build supported upper floors and connect them with stairs or lifts as your gym grows.

Keep the business in shape

Set signup and visit prices, post job ads, compare applicants, and plan staff shifts. Hire receptionists, cleaners, mechanics, personal trainers, instructors, and store staff to keep a larger gym running.

Balance rent, wages, repairs, and stock costs against the money your gym earns. Long waits, dirty equipment, breakdowns, and crowded layouts affect the member experience. Read feedback, improve the training floor, and give people reasons to come back.

Offer personal training, schedule group classes, and stock your stores to add services and income. Decide when another machine, a better employee, or more space is worth the investment.

• Sandbox: Start with unlimited funds, a larger plot, and the catalogue unlocked. Experiment with layouts and equipment without a building budget getting in the way.

Step onto the gym floor

Take control of a member and explore your gym in first person. Try timed workouts on stationary machines, or take a less professional approach: pick up loose weights, grab members, and send them flying.
