Ticket to Ocean

About This Game

Ticket to Ocean is a story about a quiet life, joyful work, and the anticipation of a miracle. Immerse yourself in a cozy 2D simulator where you take on the role of a loving grandparent, managing your daily chores, tending to your yard, and slowly saving up for a dream trip to the ocean. There are no deadlines, no penalties, and no rush—just you, the sound of rain against the window, and the purring of your ginger cat.

Your Own Pace of Life

Every new day begins at 8:00 AM, offering a series of simple, heartwarming rituals. Check the weather forecast and market prices on TV, water your garden beds from the well, or head out for some fishing. Plants won't die if you forget to water them; they simply wait for your care. Grow quick radishes, sweet raspberries, or take a chance on planting a prize pumpkin for the autumn fair.

Your Favorite Craft

Choose who you want to play as, and it will define your daily hobby.

• Grandpa enjoys woodworking, crafting wooden figurines and intricate clocks to the rhythmic tapping of a hammer.

• Grandma knits warm scarves and sweaters to the cozy sound of clicking needles.

Crafting is a meditative rhythm mini-game. Create items, sell them at local festivals, or send them to your family in the city. Made a mistake? Don't worry—materials aren't lost, and you can always try again.

Coziness and Family Bonds

The money you earn isn't just for seeds. Buy new furniture, repaint the walls, place a monstera plant in the corner, or change the flowers in the window box. Your home gradually comes to life. A raised flag on the mailbox means a new letter has arrived. Read family news, send them gifts, and receive sentimental keepsakes to decorate your interior.

The Ocean Dream

All your efforts serve a greater purpose. On your table sits a glass jar where you save money for a cruise ticket. Your daily wallet and your dream jar are kept separate, creating a pleasant, constant choice: should you spend your earnings on a new armchair today, or bring your ocean journey one step closer? Play at your own pace until the jar reaches $5,000, and set off toward your dream!
