All of Lebanon at 1:1, built from real map data and drawn like a 1997 PlayStation game. Walk the streets of Beirut, drive the coast road to Tripoli, dive off Pigeon Rocks, climb to the Cedars, or race the flood in Rising Sea.

The whole of Lebanon, at real scale

Lebamap is an open-world sandbox built from real map data. Every road, coastline, valley and town of Lebanon is where it really is, at 1:1: Beirut to Tripoli is 67 km as the crow flies and about 80 km by road. More than 10,000 square kilometres of land, from the Mediterranean shore to the mountain tops, all drawn in the low-poly look of a 1997 PlayStation game.

Go anywhere

  • Walk the Corniche, Hamra and Downtown Beirut, in first or third person
  • Take a car off the street and drive the real roads, with nearly 200 kinds of vehicle, from scooters to buses
  • Swim and dive along the coast
  • Climb to the Cedars, cross the Bekaa to Baalbek, or follow the coast south to Saida and Tyre
  • Open the map of the whole country, set a GPS route, or travel straight to any place

A country that lives

Traffic drives the real roads and people walk the pavements and live in the buildings, as many as live there in real life. The sun sets into the sea, the windows light up at night, and the weather can follow the live weather at Beirut airport.

Game modes

  • Sandbox: all of Lebanon and no rules. Walk, drive, swim and dive wherever you like.
  • Rising Sea: the sea is coming up over Lebanon. Get to high ground and stay ahead of it for as long as you can.
More game modes are in development.
