Built to fight

You are a test unit. You were given one directive: complete the strongest weapon. Deployed into an underground facility called the LOOP ENGINE, you fight other machines that carry the same directive, and you go down. Then further down.

Being destroyed does not end it. The unit is rebuilt, and starts down again.

Take, rebuild, evolve

Your frame has five slots: head, body, right arm, left arm and legs. An enemy drops the parts it was actually wearing. Blades, hammers, guns, lasers, cannons - whatever you pick up, you can fit on the spot.

Left click is your left arm. Right click is your right arm. What you carry in each hand decides how you fight, and the weight and mix of your parts changes the character of your frame.

No two parts are the same

A part's stats and bonus effects are different every time one drops. The rarer the part, the stronger its effects - some change how you fight altogether, and some give you something big and take something in return. Collect, compare, tune, and build a machine that is yours alone.

Fast, heavy combat

Boost in, slip sideways, evade again and again. Cancel an attack into a boost, or a boost into an attack. Locked on, you step around an enemy while still facing it. Spend all your energy and you overheat.

Enemies move the same way. They signal and charge, fire and fall back, circle round. Reinforced elites come at you with moves of their own.

A hundred floors down

The LOOP ENGINE runs deep. Enemies grow stronger with every floor, and the scenery changes from sector to sector. On the milestone floors, the GUARDIAN that runs the sector is waiting. The deeper the GUARDIAN, the tougher and the smarter it is.

Online co-op

Descend the same floors alongside other players' units. You can also go all the way down alone.

Languages

Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German and French. All interface text and subtitles are localised. The facility's system voice is in English.
