Build a tiny island, place the curses that threaten it, and defend your village when night falls. Connect terrain tiles, gather resources and raise your defenses in a compact island builder where every new piece of land brings another decision.

Build your island. Place your curse. Survive the night.

A forest, a pond, a field… and a curse. Every dawn brings new terrain cards and a difficult choice. You decide where your island grows — and where tonight’s trouble begins.

A little island, one tile at a time

Connect matching terrain, find useful neighbors and fill the gaps along your shore. Thoughtful placement earns stars, turning a satisfying little landscape into something that helps your village survive.

The danger is part of your plan

Curse tiles need a place on your island too. Put a nest near home and the monsters have a short walk. Give it a distant corner and you will need to plan the land around it. The shape of your island becomes the shape of your defense.

Build a home worth protecting

Your villagers gather wood, stone and food, construct buildings and fight for their home. Raise towers, improve your buildings and keep the village fed. The people doing today’s work are the people who have to make it through the night.

See what the next dawn brings

Face new curses, spend your stars on blessings and uncover resources beneath the island as your run develops. Each night tests the choices you made during the day. Survive, expand and try to outlast your previous run.

  • Build an island by placing and connecting terrain tiles: forests, fields, ponds, mountains.
  • Choose where the curses go: that is where the night comes from.
  • Keep twenty felt-doll villagers working, fed and alive, each with a look of their own.
  • Nine kinds of defense, from watchtowers and spike traps to lightning pylons and a lighthouse, each with its own upgrade paths.
  • A real day: dawn, noon, golden hour, twilight and night; misty mornings, drizzle, storms on boss nights.
  • Calm music by day, tense music at night (Kevin MacLeod, CC BY 4.0). In English and Hungarian.
