Last Star Standing

The aliens have weaponized the asteroids. Frozen comets, burning brutes and storm-charged shards now hunt anything that shines, and one by one the stars are going out. You are the last star standing.

Begin as a lone light bending the fabric of space. Grow into a full solar system: eight worlds in orbit, a belt of captured asteroids turned against their makers, and a view so wide the armada looks like dust. Then take the fight to their commanders.

BUILD YOUR OWN SOLAR SYSTEM

• Pull wandering worlds into orbit, then turn them into Ice, Lava, Storm, Ringed or Iron planets. Each one is a weapon of its own.
• Catch the aliens' asteroids with your own gravity and grind them into a belt of dust that shreds the horde.
• Your worlds shield you, but hard enough hits knock them loose. Fight to win them back.
• Every world makes you bigger. Your star swells, space sinks deeper around you, the view pulls back, and bigger enemies arrive to meet you.

SLINGSHOT ACROSS SPACE

Skim a gas giant and its gravity flings you onward. Chain one throw into the next, four or five in a row, and leave the horde far behind.

In the Distant Galaxy the chain ends where you aim it: straight into a black hole, and out into new space.

WEAPONS THAT EVOLVE

• 9 weapons, 23 upgrades and 9 evolutions, from Solar Storm and Hypernova to Absolute Zero and Event Horizon.
• Weapons grow brighter, bigger and wilder with every level.
• Crack open Cosmic Anomalies for a Stellar Fragment, a Nova or a Supernova: 1, 3 or 5 rewards at once. Evolutions only come from Anomalies.

FIVE REGIONS OF SPACE, EACH WITH ITS OWN RULES

• Solar System: home space, and something alien watching.
• Distant Galaxy: black holes bend every path. Fall into one and you come out somewhere else.
• Dark Matter: cloaked ships hide in the dark. Only your light reveals them.
• Wormhole: great wormholes drag you away mid-fight and drop you into new space.
• Tesseract: space folds and turns, carrying you, your enemies and your shots with it.

Plus three bonus stages: Gas Giant, Asteroid Field, and the Cosmic Rift, where all four kinds of broken space take turns.

REAL COSMIC PHENOMENA

A Quasi-Star, a White Hole, the Oh-My-God Particle, the Boötes Void and more wake up as you come near. They're deadly, but steer the horde into them and they fight for you.

HIDDEN KILLBOXES

Ride a stream through a narrow asteroid corridor into a sealed cavern full of waiting enemies. The way in closes behind you, and the only way out is through the elite. Win, and its Nova is yours.

AN ALIEN CHAIN OF COMMAND

Each region's commander outranks the last: Cruiser, Battleship, Shadow Dreadnought, Mothership, The Sovereign. Beat the boss early and Overdrive kicks in, and the horde keeps climbing until the clock runs out.

EIGHT STARS, ENDLESS RUNS

• Play as a Yellow Star, Red Giant, Blue Giant, White Dwarf, Neutron Star, Pulsar, Binary Star or Black Hole, each with its own starting weapon and strengths.
• Spend Solar Energy on permanent Power-Ups between runs.
• The horde keeps pace with you: the stronger your build, the harder it pushes back.
• Veterans can take on the Curse for a tougher, richer run.
• 10-minute runs and full controller support.
