Floor Show

Floor Show is a turn-based roguelike set on a live TV game show. Each episode is nine floors in three acts, closed by The Bouncer, The Critic and The Showrunner.

Hype levels you up, and combos, trick shots and ON AIR spotlight kills pay best. Stall and the producers send in more monsters. Optional producer requests pay bonus hype.

Nothing moves until you do. Shove monsters into walls or each other, chain barrels, set the grass on fire, and lure them onto lava and spikes.

Between floors you sign up to three sponsors, each paying a signing bonus. Blaze & Co. makes you fireproof, Spike Bros. keeps you off traps, and Mama Mia's pays you to throw things. Their 130 boons across 14 sponsors include poison punches, exploding kills and duo boons shared by sponsor pairs.

Shove monsters into traps as The Rookie, dive past danger as The Stunt Double, swap places with monsters as The Magician, or breathe fire as The Pyro. The Washed-Up Champ slams everything around them, The Action Hero shoots three times for free, The Ringmaster brings critters to fight, The Inventor bolts down turrets, and The Clown honks.

Whatever kills you returns next episode as a named, leveled-up rival. Let one escape at low health and it comes back scarred, fireproof if you burned it.

Every win moves you up a season, and there are ten. Season one is a fair first show. By the late seasons most contestants never reach the finale. Fame unlocks contestants, sponsors and costumes.
