Your Drawings Can Be Messy. Your Excuses Had Better Be Convincing!

Liar Game: Canvas is an online party game for 3–8 players where you draw, chat, and vote to uncover the liar.

Players who know the secret word leave clues, while the liar tries to act like they know it too. Every stroke becomes evidence, and a confident explanation can make you look even more suspicious.

Did they really know the secret word when they drew that?

Keep the Answer Secret, but Leave Clues

If you know the secret word, draw clues the other players can recognize.

But add too much detail, and you might give the answer away to the liar.

If you're the liar, look for hints in the other players' drawings and try to blend in.

What matters most isn't an impressive drawing, but one that doesn't raise suspicion.

When the Drawing Ends, the Suspicion Begins

Examine the suspicious drawings and share your thoughts in chat.

Once you've considered the accused player's defense, it's time to cast your vote.

Was that awkward drawing an honest mistake, or an attempt to hide their identity?

Don't let your guard down just yet. The liar still has a chance to turn the tables by guessing the secret word.

Three Modes to Keep You Guessing

• Classic Mode — The Secret Word Everyone Knows but Me

Only the liar doesn't know the secret word.

Exchange clues to uncover the liar, or pretend you know the word and avoid suspicion.

• Mismatch Mode — Am I Drawing Something Different?

One player receives a different secret word, and no one knows their own role.

Are the other players' drawings strange, or am I the only one drawing something else?

• Uncertain Mode — Is There Even a Liar?

There might not be a liar at all.

Decide carefully whether to accuse someone or vote for “No Liar.”

Draw Together or Draw on Your Own

• Relay Drawing

Take turns adding to a single shared canvas.

Think about what clue to add to the lines the previous player left behind.

• Individual Drawing

Each player takes a turn drawing on their own canvas.

Compare each other's drawings during the discussion and look for suspicious differences.

Make Each Round Your Own with Friends

Share a room code to invite your friends and start a new round of mind games with your own custom topics.

Show your personality through character customization.

Customize your own character to reflect your personality.

Even with the same secret word, different players bring completely different drawings and completely different suspicions.

Find the liar.

Or play innocent until the very end.
