You are the valet. Customers pull up to your booth, hand over their keys and trust you with their cars. Park them

well, keep them safe, have them back the moment their owners return - and turn a three-bay lot into a parking empire.

Run the valet stand

Take the keys at the window, drive each car to a bay and hang its key on the board. Every park is scored on how

straight and centred it is. When a customer comes back, find their key, bring the car round to the pick-up bay and

collect the fee. How long they waited, how well you parked and whether their car came back without a scratch decide

the tip - and your reputation.

• One key at a time - which car to fetch first is your call, and a busy lot becomes a juggling act

• Every car is different - 35 vehicles, from city cars and saloons to pickups, vans and supercars

• Customers have a clock - keep them waiting too long at the gate or the window and they drive off

Wash, charge, fill and service

Customers ask for more than a bay - and every extra pays.

Pick up the pressure washer, soap the car and rinse it clean by hand - the dirt really comes off where you spray.

Or send it through the express car wash tunnel: foam curtains, brushes, rinse arch and dryer.

Fill customers' cars at your own petrol station, plug electric cars into the chargers, and park your best customers

under the VIP solar canopy.

In the service garage, raise the car on the lift, drain the oil and change all four wheels with the impact wrench.

Grow your lot

Start with three bays and a little booth by the gate. Buy the land around you a plot at a time - more rows, a car wash, chargers,

a service garage, a petrol station, a vending shop - and upgrade your booth into a valet lounge to be proud of.

A bigger lot draws more customers and earns more on every car.

• Hire staff - valets who take keys, park, fetch and do the extras themselves, and a receptionist for the payment window
