Villa Anzuelo: The Obituarist

One biography. One mansion. Too many versions of the truth.

Francisco Angulo accepts a commission that takes him from his flat to Villa Anzuelo, an isolated mansion on Spain’s Cantabrian coast. Amid rain, sea mist and a family’s memories, writing a biography becomes an investigation.

Listen, explore and connect the clues

Explore illustrated locations, question the people of the house, examine objects and documents, and solve the puzzles guarding their secrets. Your notebook gathers your discoveries; an old Olivetti lets you put what you know into words.

A gothic mystery told in pictures as well as words

The adventure blends exploration, conversation, puzzles and comic-book sequences. Francisco’s dry humour accompanies a house that seems to remember more than it reveals.
