There are thousands of them. Most are mine.

You are the necromancer. The kingdom marches knights, pikemen, archers, priests and battlemages against you in tight formations, and every one of them who falls can rise again in your legion. Start with a single graveyard. End with an army of thousands.

Command a legion, not a hero

• Thousands on one field. Your legion is not a counter in the corner. It is a sea of bodies that wraps around shield walls and floods through broken gates.
  
• The dead don't stay dead. Undead who fall decay one step and stand up again: revenant, zombie, then skeleton or wraith.
  
• Two hands, two jobs. Move the necromancer with one hand and push the legion with the other. Attacks and raising are automatic. Where you stand decides the battle.
  
• Break the castle. Smash the gate under fire from the walls, then hold against the knights that pour out.
  
• Raise their heroes. Defeat the kingdom's hero party and raise each hero as a named undead with their own skills.
  
• Grow every run. Choose gifts, doctrines and evolutions, and turn a zombie into an Abomination that devours its own kind.
  
• Build the Necropolis. Between runs, raise a building for every kind of soldier and make the next legion stronger.
