Driftholm

Driftholm is a cozy town builder on floating islands. Every building scores from what's placed around it, each town has needs, and every island has its own shape, weather and surprises. Build for as long as your deeds last and see how far your island can grow.

Place, score and plan ahead

Placing a mill connected to farms will reward a higher score. A markets like to be near the harbor. Two taverns side by side harm each others business. Hover any hex to see what a building would score if placed there, and use the lens to find the best spots. Reach score marks to earn new deeds and unlock new tiers.  Each tier you go from cottages and farms up to cathedrals and castles.

Build your town

Every building rises out of the ground with its own build time. Woodcutters, quarries and farms produce wood, stone and food. Keep your builders busy, gather when you're short on resources, and pick the building you need most in order to progress.

Grow hamlets into cities

When you place three buildings side by side you create a hamlet. Give it food, faith, trade and safety and it grows from a hamlet to a village, a town and a city. Lay roads and bridges to link towns together, and answer their requests for extra rewards.

An island in the sky

Build near the edge and new land occasionally drift in from the clouds. Heavy buildings on one side make the island lean, which harms production and score so keep it balanced. Each new year the island drifts into a new sky current that changes some of the rules.

Four seasons, five islands

Spring floods, summer harvests, autumn storms and winter snow. Each season helps some buildings and hurts others. Explore five kinds of island lands, each with its own look and starting challenges: River Island, Forest Basin, Highland, Marsh and Coastal Cliffs.

Play with a friend

Race each other on two copies of the same island,  build one island together or build your own islands side by side. Trade wood, stone and food at the sky market and send goods to your friend by airship.
