Ships on the horizon, missiles overhead, and enemies beneath the surface put every deployment to the test. Strait Defense is a single-player 2D tactical tower defense game inspired by Taiwan and its surrounding waters. Coordinate detection and firepower, manage limited funds, and protect the facilities that keep your defense standing.

Detect before you engage

Firepower needs information. Use radar, surface search, and anti-submarine units to locate threats, then bring the right weapons to bear. Air defense, anti-ship, ground combat, and anti-submarine roles each have a place in your plan. Adapt your sensor coverage and defensive positions as the battlefield changes.

Build your tactical loadout

Choose equipment to suit your battle plan, from air-defense missiles, main battle tanks, and coastal anti-ship missiles to frigates, attack submarines, and aircraft. Support your line with repair and supply facilities, or prepare interception zones with land and naval mines. Deployment, upgrades, repairs, and support all compete for your funds.

Diverse battlefields. Unique boss encounters.

Defend the island's airspace and the strait, then fight across beaches, valleys, city streets, and the final perimeter. New terrain and attack routes call for new plans. Each stage ends with its own boss challenge, while campaign outcomes carry forward between battles.

Research, adapt, and improve your results

Invest in permanent equipment research, revise your loadout, and return with a stronger plan. Study the enemy gallery, identify threats, and refine your deployments to improve your star ratings.
