How to Receive

The items are delivered automatically when you return to the game after purchase.

If you have not received them, fully exit the game and launch it again.

You need free bag slots to receive the items. If your bag is full, the delivery is put on hold and resumes once you free up space and open the Shop.

Please Note

• This pack can be received only once per Steam account. It will not be delivered again even if you reset your save or start over.

• Received items are locked and will not be auto-sold.

If the DLC Is Not Applied

DLC ownership is verified by the game server through Steam. Please check the following:

• Make sure the game was launched while connected to the internet.

• Make sure the game was launched with the Steam account that purchased the DLC. DLC borrowed via Family Sharing cannot be applied.

• Fully exit the game and launch it again.

If the issue persists, please let us know through the Steam Community or customer support.
