Create your survivor, explore a world overrun by strange phenomena, and bring your haul back to base to build up your gear, collection and survival skills.

Shape her face, makeup, hairstyle, body and skin tone, then pick out the clothes you love.

Choose your starting point from 11 professions and combine traits with meaningful trade-offs. Lockpicking, medicine, explosives, vehicle repairs… Different specialties give you different ways to handle the same encounter.

Eight core skills improve through use. Running, fighting, reloading, searching and treating injuries gradually become part of your survival expertise.

Bring up to three outfits on a raid and switch between them in real time using nanotech.

Light effects and transformation animations accompany outfit changes that activate tactical abilities: recover, change how you move, or prepare for your next shot. Time your switch and make changing clothes part of your combat strategy.

Each outfit can also carry tactical chips. Research, program and modify them to combine different modifiers and effects into your own combat style.

🔫 Aim in first person. Head into action in third person.

Switch between first- and third-person views to suit the situation. See your own body in first person, or watch your character's movements, outfit and surroundings in third person.

Prepare your guns, magazines and ammunition. Fit compatible attachments and hunt for equipment with the modifiers you want. You can also turn to melee attacks, fragmentation grenades, smoke grenades, flashbangs, Molotov cocktails and decoys.

Watch your surroundings: explosive barrels can set off chain reactions, burning areas can block routes, and gunfire or explosions may attract fresh trouble.

🚗 There's still room in the trunk.

Drive between homes, factories, clinics, logistics centers and other locations. Find something good? Load it into the trunk and head for your next target.

Your vehicle is both transport and a mobile stash. Haul more loot while keeping an eye on fuel, vehicle condition and cargo weight.

Back at base, refuel, repair and expand your cargo space. Next time out, you can make even bigger scavenging plans.

🌦️ What will this raid bring?

Rain, snow and sandstorms affect movement and supplies, making the choice between shelter and open ground matter. Find cover when bombardment warnings sound. Watch for approaching threats under a blood moon. A daytime eclipse may bring an eerie encounter of its own.

Chase airdrops, discover classified safes, complete field contracts, or meet unusual visitors who scavenge, flee and drop valuables along the way.

From a single explosive barrel to an event that changes your entire route, encounters large and small weave through your exploration. Even a familiar road may call for a new approach.

Scavenging and combat build greed, raising your greed level and earning summon opportunities. As your greed level rises, so does the threat from enemies.

Spend those limited opportunities to deploy a vehicle, request a supply drop, locate a classified safe, challenge a boss or activate extraction points.
