Abyss Walker

Take up your blade as Chipo, a white-helmed adventurer. Abyss Walker combines side-scrolling combat, equipment collecting and character progression in a journey between welcoming towns and monster-filled dungeons.

Chain attacks and face dungeon bosses

Fight through connected dungeon rooms with basic attacks, jumps and skills. Manage your spacing and timing to chain attacks. Watch a boss’s wind-ups and look for openings to strike back.

Clear the dungeon and turn the reward cards

Defeat the dungeon boss and reach the reward-card screen. Reveal gold and equipment as you bring your run to a close.

Activate the abyss and face tougher foes

Prepare the entry materials and activate an abyss challenge inside a dungeon. Read enemy attacks and find openings with movement, jumps and skills. Choose from four dungeon difficulties to match your equipment and confidence.

Collect abyss drops and shape your build

Defeat abyss enemies and pick up their equipment drops. Compare attributes, additional effects and set bonuses in your inventory, then choose weapons, armour and accessories that fit your build.

Return to the forge and strengthen your gear

Spend gold and materials at the town forge to increase your equipment’s upgrade level and attributes. Dismantle spare gear for materials, prepare your loadout and head out for the next fight.

Travel from forest paths to coastal caves

Set out from the starting town and journey through forest trails, rocky caverns, mines and coastal caves. Take on quests from the people you meet, return to town to restock and organise your loot, then head out again.
