Renovate, Decorate & Transform

Every great business starts somewhere. Yours starts with a house that desperately needs some love.

• Get Your Hands Dirty: Remove trash, mop dirty floors, pull wooden boards off windows, and bring abandoned spaces back to life.

• Renovate Every Corner: Paint walls, lay tiles piece by piece, repair damaged interiors, and turn neglected properties into beautiful homes.

• Make It Your Own: Choose from hundreds of furniture and decoration items across six quality tiers, from affordable second-hand finds to luxurious designer pieces.

• Shop, Transport & Deliver: Visit hardware and furniture stores, transport purchases using hand trucks and vehicles, or order online and receive deliveries right at your doorstep.

• Build Your Dream Properties: Upgrade interiors, create inviting outdoor spaces, add swimming pools and gardens, and turn ordinary houses into luxury vacation retreats.

Become the Island's Favorite Host

A beautiful house is just the beginning. Running a successful vacation rental means creating unforgettable experiences for your guests.

• Create Your Listings: Take photos of your properties, write descriptions, choose amenities, and set competitive seasonal prices.

• Manage Reservations: Accept bookings, organize guest arrivals, and keep your rental calendar under control.

• Welcome Your Guests: Meet visitors at the harbor, greet them personally, and hand over the keys to their new vacation home.

• Keep Everyone Happy: Provide fresh towels and clean bedding, handle unexpected repairs, and make sure every guest enjoys their stay.

• Earn Your Reputation: Collect reviews, improve your ratings, and become one of the most trusted hosts on the island.

• Work Smarter: Install smart lockboxes, hire cleaning staff, and automate daily tasks as your rental business expands.

From One House to a Property Empire

Why stop at a single vacation rental when an entire island is waiting?

• Save your earnings, secure loans, and invest in new properties across the island.

• Discover houses in different conditions, locations, sizes, and price ranges.

• Increase property values through renovations, upgrades, swimming pools, and outdoor improvements.

• Expand from your first family house to an impressive portfolio of luxury villas overlooking the Aegean Sea.

• Hire employees to handle everyday operations while you focus on your next investment.

An Entire Island Full of Business Opportunities

Your entrepreneurial journey doesn't end with vacation rentals. The island is packed with opportunities to build something bigger.

• Beach Business: Manage your own beach operation with sun loungers, a snack kiosk, kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis.

• Fishing: Head out on your boat, explore the waters, catch fish, and sell your fresh seafood.

• Yacht Tours: Offer private boat excursions and take tourists to beautiful hidden coves.

• ATV Adventures: Organize guided ATV tours and show visitors the island's most scenic routes.

• Restaurants & Tavernas: Invest in local dining establishments and expand your hospitality business.

• Rental & Travel Services: Own a vehicle rental business or travel agency and discover new ways to earn money.
