University Architect is an in-depth management game where you build and run your own university. Build the campus, design the courses, manage the professors, and decide whether to prioritize profits or your reputation. University Architect is the most detailed and intricate university management game to date.

Build the university from the ground up:

  • Build room by room, stack floors, and furnish them to your liking.

  • Classrooms, labs, a library, a cafeteria, a gym, a pool, a chapel, dorms, parking, and more.

Design every program and course:

  • Design each curriculum or license it and then put together a program (Certificate, Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) with guidance from the accreditation body.

  • Courses can become outdated if they are in rapidly changing fields so you'll have to patch up old courses or redesign them from the ground up.

  • Create course material from scratch with your most talented professors or opt for textbooks to supplement material.

Detailed and realistic person simulation:

  • Each student has their own unique history in relation to the university. View their activity, course history, program information, grades, needs, club membership, and more for every student.

  • Students have needs to satisfy and participate in hobbies. If students can't consistently meet their needs or hobbies, they may feel unmotivated which will negatively affect their attendance.

  • Staff and faculty have demands that must be filled for them to be satisfied with their employment. Faculty will fight for tenure and desire control over projects.

Campus management:

  • Students commute via walking, biking, taxi, driving, or taking the bus. Make sure infrastructure is in place to accommodate all types of travel. Build your own campus bus transit network to cut down on traffic.

  • Open university operated dorms to simplify life for students and build a thriving community on campus. Provide amenities to these students and ensure their housing needs are fulfilled.

  • Campus safety is a priority for students so make a safety department, staff officers, and setup patrol routes across the university to deter crime and make students feel safe.

And much, much more...
