hold space. - The Other Keys

You've spent hours mastering one key. There are 103 more.

The Other Keys adds typing to hold space.: real sentences from classic books, a clock that starts when you do, and leaderboards that count every word.

Your speed and accuracy are worked out by our servers, never by the game, so every score on the board is real.

Type for a full minute, or go flat out in a 30 or 15 second sprint. Every length has its own leaderboard.

• Passages from classic books by Austen, Dickens, Conan Doyle, Wells, Stevenson and more

• Your words per minute and accuracy, live as you type

• Practice mode: no clock, no pressure

Every day, everyone in the world gets the same words. Have as many goes as you like before midnight (UTC): only your best counts on today's board.

At midnight the board resets, the words change and it all starts again.

Race a Steam friend, or anyone in the world, on the same passage with both progress bars on screen. First to type it all correctly wins: a mistake holds you up until you fix it.

Rematch with a new passage, or find someone new.

• Global, regional and friends leaderboards for every mode, showing speed and accuracy

• 8 new Steam achievements, from your first test to 120 words per minute

• Scored by the server. The game never sends a score, and inhuman typing speeds never make the board.

• Type in English, or in one of 14 other languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and more), each with its own leaderboards, daily words and races.
