Bend the rules of chess

Friends from other games bring their most famous rules into chess: checkers' big hop, Ludo's lucky six, xiangqi's cannon, a Joker card. Bring up to two House Rules into a match and short games turn gloriously chaotic.

Beat rivals from other games

Face Kingme, Flyin' Dee, Boom Boom, Jolly Joker and Old Rook: five bosses, each with their own tricks and a little life lesson.

Learn chess without trying

12 lessons taught by the pieces themselves, 54 classic checkmate puzzles, and a helper whenever you're stuck. Nobody dies here: captured pieces cheer from the sidelines.
