Play solo or in online co-op with up to 6 players and become the top auto glass business in the region! Fix chips and swap windshields with your own hands, haul your stock, hire a crew, drive your van around town and grow your garage module by module. A colorful first-person tycoon.

A tiny chip. A big business. Solo or with friends.

It all starts in a tiny workshop, with a ringing phone and a few doses of resin. Your goal: become the number one auto glass business in the region, and then go much further. Between two windshields, you'll also have to juggle stock, staff, insurers, customers in a hurry… and hailstorms.

Glass Garage Simulator is a colorful low-poly first-person tycoon, played solo or in online co-op with 2 to 6 players. At first you do everything yourself, tool in hand. Then you hire, delegate, expand the building module by module and grow your little shop into a network of branches.

Please note: the game is currently available in French only. An English version is planned.

Up to 6 partners in the same garage

  • Online co-op for 2 to 6 players: open a lobby and invite your Steam friends through the overlay. They can drop in at any time, even in the middle of a workday, and you can open a solo game you've already started to your friends.
  • No fixed roles: everyone can do everything. One player answers the phone and writes the quote while another cuts out the windshield of the same car; two players can't work on the same step at once.
  • Text chat (T) and pings visible through walls, to say "the glass is here" or "this car is yours".
  • Shared pause, time always at normal speed, and difficulty that scales with the number of players (more customers, slightly higher goals, a free extra bay at the start).
  • Everyone builds their own character in the lobby (body type, face, hair, work outfit in your company colors). The host keeps the save.
  • Friends league: share a league code and compare your companies week after week, or take on the weekly challenge, the same starting game for everyone.

A day at the garage

  • Morning, with the clock paused: at the office computer, the "What to do now" screen lists what's urgent, one action per line. Schedule appointments, order the glass for all your appointments in one click, hire staff, launch ads and tweak your prices.
  • From 8 AM to 7 PM, everything happens in real time: answer the phone, write quotes, greet customers, diagnose, repair… and the clock keeps ticking while you work. That's what a crew is for!
  • Evening: the day never ends on its own. Finish your cars (and pay overtime to whoever stays) until midnight, then close the day whenever you like. Daily report: revenue, expenses, reviews, quality, experience. In solo, a "Skip to 7 PM" button fast-forwards time and stops by itself as soon as you're needed.

Real glazier moves (cartoon edition)

28 hands-on 3D minigames, with your mouse as the tool:
  • Diagnosis: grab the magnifier and lay a coin-sized gauge over the chip. Repair or replace? Real trade rules decide: chip size, the driver's line of sight, distance from the edge.
  • Chip repair in a work bay or under the canopy of the express chip bay: pick out the splinters, mount the injector, cycle vacuum and pressure to fill the chip with resin, cure it under the UV lamp, then scrape and polish.
  • Windshields and rear windows: protective film, wiper removal, cutting the old urethane bead, lifting the glass with suction cups (straight to the recycling bin), primer, a smooth glue bead, fitting, reassembly, rear defroster hookup and a water leak test. Found a leak? Back to the glue gun.
  • Side windows: remove the door panel, vacuum up a thousand pieces of tempered glass, mount the new pane on the window regulator and test it.
  • ADAS calibration of the windshield camera with a target board, then a final quality check.
  • Tricky cases that show up as you grow: a rusty frame to sand and treat, a rain sensor and camera to remove, a heated windshield to unplug without ripping the connectors, a head-up display to recalibrate.
Every step gets a medal (gold, silver or bronze). Minigames are forgiving by default, stricter in Hard mode, and their visual aids can be turned off. Real tools change the way you work: reel-mounted wire cutting, electric suction cup, inspection lamp, calibration camera… all the way to a glass-fitting robot that lowers the windshield by itself. Don't like a step? Hand it over to your crew and keep only the moves you enjoy.

A job well done… or a warranty claim

At the end of each job, a quality score tells you what went well and what cost you. A sloppy glue bead or a leak left at the test? The customer calls back a few days later: water leak, wind noise or a misaligned camera, to be redone for free. Delighted customers leave a tip and a glowing review.

Stock you carry with your own two hands (then by trolley)

  • 25 glass references (5 vehicle categories, windshields with or without an ADAS camera) and 10 consumables: urethane, primer, resin, blades, gloves…
  • 3 suppliers: the cheapest, the happy medium and the "factory quality" one. The delivery truck pulls up to the loading dock… and sometimes a box arrives broken.
  • Everything is physical: unload the boxes and stand each windshield in a 12-slot wooden rack. When stock grows, push a glass trolley, a pallet jack or a parcel cart, and hire a storekeeper who clears the dock, preps the day's glass next to the bays and places the evening order.

A crew that runs without you

  • 6 jobs: glass fitter, chip repairer, front desk, storekeeper, mobile technician and shop manager.
  • Résumés to read ("Former county suction-cup throwing champion, amateur division"), 12 personality traits, skills that improve and training courses.
  • Team rules: specialties ("Paul does the chips"), priorities (warranty work, fleets, today's appointments), overtime. Hand the workshop over to your shop manager and check the "Who's doing what" screen: you only get an alert when you need to step in.
  • Fatigue, morale, sick days, raise requests, resignations… and you can take over any car at any time.

Drivers, insurers and fleets

  • Customers who call, walk in or request quotes online, with 7 personalities: laid-back, in a hurry, penny-pinching, chatty, VIP, fuming… Haggle over the quote with a price slider while keeping an eye on their mood.
  • 3 insurers to win over: fixed rates, deductibles to collect, photo and signature paperwork… and inspectors hunting down unnecessary replacements.
  • 6 fleet contracts: taxis, car rental, construction, ambulances, driving school and delivery. Steady volume, strict deadlines and late penalties.
  • Reviews build your reputation. 4 rivals fight you in the rankings, including Vitr'Express: "Cheap, quick, no questions asked."

Hit the road in Vitreville

Buy up to 4 workshop vans, load the glass in the back and drive it yourself around a small 3D town with traffic, GPS and a minimap. Chain customers from the same neighborhood into a route, skip the drive if you prefer, or hand the whole route to a technician. On site, expect the unexpected: a customer who isn't home, a tricky access, roadworks. And no gluing in the rain: weather matters!

A garage that keeps growing for hundreds of days

  • Build mode: move, rotate and sell bays, racks, the counter, seats, workbenches and decorations on a half-meter grid. Staff and customers adapt on their own.
  • 30 expansion tiers across 6 tracks (workshop, parking, storage, customers, staff, land): the building grows module by module, with an extra workshop wing, a mezzanine, a warehouse, the lot next door, a covered car park then valet parking, a customer lounge, locker rooms, a training room…
  • Up to 6 work bays plus 2 express chip stations, and specialized bays: ADAS, a pit for vans, light bodywork.
  • 20 company levels, from "Tiny Workshop" to "King of Glass", 21 pieces of equipment, tools and trolleys and 40 decorations ("OPEN" neon sign, arcade cabinet, foosball table, ranking trophy…).
  • Up to 4 branches across town, each run by a shop manager.
  • Set your own prices, run 8 ad campaigns (flyers, local radio, social media, trade show…) and take out bank loans when cash gets tight.

Hail, heatwaves and clumsy delivery drivers

4 seasons, weather that changes everything (frost slows glue curing, hail sends demand through the roof) and 25 random events: a rival slashing prices, an angry customer posting online, a quality inspection, a keen intern, a van that won't start, a rally leaving gravel everywhere…

Winning is only the beginning

Become the "Town's Go-To Shop"… then aim for "Regional Network", "National Leader" and "Glass Legend", with certifications to earn (ADAS, multi-insurer, fleets, quality label), 28-day years, a yearly ranking and an end-of-year report. Stay in the red for too many days in a row and it's bankruptcy. Three difficulty levels (Easy, Normal, Hard), optional challenges (tight budget, tough town…) and a sandbox mode with no bankruptcy, where tiers still count.

And also

  • Make the company yours: name, custom logo and a signature color shown on your sign, vans and uniforms. At night, your sign and the car park floodlights light up.
  • Remade 3D characters, cars (from an electric city car to a coupé and an 80s sedan), workshop and front desk, plus new shops around town.
  • Accessibility: UI scaling up to 150%, 3 colorblind modes, minigames without timing, adjustable subtitles, reduced camera shake and flashes, toggle run and crouch, field of view, hold instead of repeated clicks and fully remappable keys (AZERTY and QWERTY detected automatically).
  • 38 Steam achievements, including 4 co-op ones, and Steam Cloud saves.
  • Music composed and played live by the game, with melodies that change on every loop.
  • Autosave every evening, 3 solo slots and 3 co-op slots, export and import.
