Switchroom

A white room. A lot of identical buttons.

Switchroom is a first-person comedy sandbox for up to six players. You and your friends wake up in a plain room covered in identical buttons. Nothing tells you what any of them do.

Press one and see what happens

Press a button and something happens. An object might drop from the wall, gravity might flip, the lights might go out, or the room might turn into a different place. Many buttons are used up once pressed, so every press is a small gamble.

Eat it, throw it, use it, sell it

Pick up what you find, throw it, use it, eat it, or sell it. Food fills you up, and every button press costs a little of your fullness. Sold items add to a shared pool of money. The team can spend that money on a key, or deal with the boss that comes looking for food, and then escape together by using the key at the exit.

Tools, toys and bad ideas

Along the way you will find tools you can hold and use, such as a pistol, a sword, boxing gloves, and a steering wheel that turns into a small kart. You will also find slot machines, a roulette table, and a lucky wheel that play with in-game money only. Some events are spooky, and some parody familiar games and memes.

Together, out loud

Play together with proximity voice chat and text chat. One player hosts the room and the others join by IP address.
