On the night of the Hunter’s Moon, a human baby girl appears in the monsters’ world. No one knows where she came from, and no one truly understands humans. After much discussion, you are chosen to become her parent.

《怪物们的孩子》 is a story-driven, single-player 2D raising simulation set in a world of monsters. As a monster parent, you will plan your daughter’s daily life, guide her studies, explore the town together, and help her make friends. Before the next Hunter’s Moon arrives, you will watch her grow from a curious child into an adult.

Plan her days and help her grow

Starting when your daughter is six years old, choose how she spends her time learning and living. Read picture books, practice counting, sing songs, or take a well-earned rest. Different activities affect her growth attributes, mood, and stamina. Learning takes energy, and growing up requires rest—you will need to balance her development with her well-being.

Time advances season by season. With a limited number of turns before adulthood, your choices will gradually shape her abilities and experiences.

Develop four attributes and unlock talents

Your daughter has four growth attributes: Vitality, Resonance, Monster Knowledge, and Assimilation. Each is connected to different activities and social abilities. Raise her attributes through daily activities, earn Talent Points, and choose her path through four talent trees.

Help her become skilled at gardening and work, more confident in expressing herself and connecting with others, or more familiar with the world of monsters she calls home.

Explore the town and meet its unusual residents

Take your daughter to different locations around town, talk to the residents, and become part of their everyday lives. As your relationships deepen, discover the monsters’ distinct personalities, their stories, and the ways they see humans.

To the town’s residents, your daughter is someone extraordinary. To her, these monsters are the neighbors, friends, and family she has known all her life.

Discover everyday life in a monster world

There is more to growing up than studying. Grow crops, take on part-time jobs, perform at balls, and sit exams to earn Moon Shells and put her developing abilities to use. Raise pets, assemble a team, and send them into the wilderness to explore and battle wild monsters.

Activities are connected to different areas of growth, letting you plan her days around her abilities and your own preferences.

Choose her outfits as she grows

Unlock different outfits and change your daughter’s look for everyday life and special occasions. Some outfits also provide attribute bonuses that can help with upcoming activities.
