Power is more than a soldier count. Armies need supplies, industry needs resources, and every conquest needs an economy capable of sustaining it. Each turn brings a choice between developing your territory, preparing for war, and taking advantage of the international situation.

Build the foundations of power

Manage a sprawling map of approximately 3,000 sectors. Develop resource extraction, construct industrial facilities, and invest in your provinces. Balance taxation, spending, and resource flows to turn local potential into national strength.

Advance technology and shape your nation

Research economic, military, and administrative technologies. Unlock new capabilities, expand infrastructure, and choose your domestic policies. Maintain stability, address corruption, and weigh the consequences of your decisions.

Command armies—and keep them supplied

Build formations of light infantry, heavy infantry, armored forces, and aviation. Plan movements, fortify positions, and organize border defenses. Morale, supplies, and upkeep matter: numerical superiority alone cannot solve every problem.

Use diplomacy to your advantage

Negotiate trade agreements, non-aggression pacts, and defensive alliances. Watch relations between nations and choose partners according to your interests. Alliances bring obligations, and a shifting balance of power can change the value of an old friendship.
